Thank you Ooba (specifically Ragiema), you got us a great rate!

After starting to apply for a bond ourselves, and taking ages just to get it done for one bank, my girlfriend and I thought we'd try Ooba. What a great decision.

My girlfriend and I were assisted by Ragiema Khan. In the beginning the systems were down, so our first impression wasn't all too good to be honest, but as time went on we realised why we had made a great decision in using Ooba.

The application was relatively effortless considering what we had to do to apply from a bank directly. It was also comforting to know that we had a 'consultant' if we ever needed some suggestions/affirmation.

The point that really stood out was when Ragiema managed to get four quotes for us, and one of them was a great offer (8.8%). I told her we were more than willing to take it (even though I believe we had a lot to offer, I never thought we would be capable of getting 8.8% - prime minus 1.2) , but even then she said that she believed she could drop it a bit and I should give her a chance to.

Low and behold, we ended up signing for a bond at a rate of 8.6%... Actions speak louder than words and I would suggest Ooba to anyone that might be considering getting a bond for their house.
