Still waiting for repairs

<p>I reported a claim to the Ooba building insurance department 2 months ago. They sent a plumber to investigate my claim. He cut my ceiling open to investigate the leak. That was 1 month ago. Ooba called me afterwards saying that they recieved my claim and they will contact me about it in due course. That was 2 months ago, to date my house ceiling is still cut open and i never recieved feedback from them. Needless to say i cancelled my insurance with them and moved over to another company. </p>
