Stay away from Ooba

Ooba ruined my public holiday yesterday.

Lodged an emergency geyser claim and was informed that the plumber would arrive within 1 hour and 31 minutes (via SMS). Still waiting.....

Made 29 phone calls to Ooba Home Assist. Was promised a return call every time. Still waiting.... Spoke to Abbey twice who promised that she would resolve it and return my call.... still waiting.

Posted a message on Ooba's Facebook page. Received a message back from Vincent that Ooba only deals with mortgages and not insurance (why am I paying you for insurance then?). Ooba then had the audacity to delete the post as well.

Ooba Insure is the worst insurance company in the world. When you see them, run!
