Shoddy work by Ragiema Khan

I am so frustrated with the service I have received from my consultant, Ragiema Khan. She doesn't honor appointments or communicate effectively. I'm stuck in a position where I either have to proceed with the one bank left on the table at this point, or approach another bond originator:( It seems like either she or ooba may have some sort of arrangement with this particular bank because I definitely feel like I'm being covertly coerced into signing with them or else miss out on the opportunity of buying now. Can anyone tell me how to terminate my agreement with her? This level of inefficiency is exasperating!
