Riëtte Lategan is one of the most efficient and caring consultants I have ever worked with. She kept me informed daily since the first home loan offers came in, she negotiated fantastic interest rates strategically matching the banks' rates with one another, starting at over 11% and ending on 9.95% saving me a ton of money. In addition she saw to it that a single attorney handles everything and at a discounted rate. Truly a masterclass in service!
