Rather use a different bond originator

Honestly not impressed. Expected so much better. Did a pre approval through Ooba, which was quick and impressive. Started the home loan application almost 2 weeks ago. Until today I do not get any form of feedback from the consultant unless I ask for feedback, which has only happend 3 times in 2 weeks. Quite regret starting the home loan process with Ooba.
