I recently dealt with an amazing lady at Ooba Homeloans who assisted me with my bond application and negotiated with all the major banks. I was apprehensive when my application was handed to her as I was not expecting the same level of service as I had received from the lady that handled my pre-approval, but I was unexpectedly blown away. Ragiema Khan was friendly, empathetic and so willing to help. She was so knowledgeable and experienced, she performed all her tasks with ease. My application was time sensitive and I told her if this. She immediately took up the challenge and managed to get me approval in principles from 3 major banks...all within 2 days! She kept me up to date throughout the day, every day! She even provided updates after hours and was always pushing for results. Her dedication and commitment to her job was truly exemplary. I have not encountered anyone in any service industry that can even come close to her level of service...I was really lucky to have her handle my application.
