Poor service and Non Payment of Claim

Poor service and non payment of incident / claim. Our tiles lifted in our garage due to water damage and Ooba will not pay for the replacement. 2 other insurance companies have confirmed that this is an insurable event yet Ooba will not pay. The service received from Ooba from the onset of the claim has been terrible. I will not recommend Ooba Insurance at all. We have since cancelled our policy with Ooba. They are quick to take your money but will not pay out when there is a legitimate claim. We have referred the claim to the Ombudsman.
