Poor service

Submitted documents as requested by for credit checks 3 weeks and was told they have been given to the bank but today received communication from Ooba for the same documents. For the past 3 weeks I have been told that the bank is assessing the application but clearly that was misleading. I cannot even make my own follow-ups with the bank as Ooba is the one handling the application but doing so very poorly.
