Pathetic Service

I recently contacted Ooba Cape Town off and dealt with a lady called Candice Bailey, what a pleasure, she was very professional and responded promptly to my communication to her. My nightmare started when I started dealing with the East London branch, the two ladies are spoke to (Karen Smith and Caroline Wolmarans) were pathetic, I had to chase after them for information and they took their time to respond to my correspondence, very unprofessional, I will not recommend anyone to deal with these people, they don't have the slatest thing about customer service.
