Pathetic Customer Service!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Ooba Building Insurance. The customer service is absolutely pathetic. I submitted a claim for my pool filter three weeks ago and, to this day, I have not received any call or response indicating that my claim is being processed. Customer Service rep Wendy Barendilla: Claims & Underwriting Administrator advised someone will call, but no call was received. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

I have tried to be patient, but the lack of communication and transparency from Ooba is incredibly frustrating. It's concerning that a company entrusted with protecting my home can be so negligent when it comes to handling claims.

If I do not receive a response or an update on my claim immediately, I will be moving to another service provider that offers better customer service and values their customers.
