Out-of-this-world excellent service

<p>I am a first-time home buyer. Nadia Brakhoven provided me with an out-of-this-world kind of service. <br />She gave me confidence through out the process, took her time to explain how do Bank's rate what they do, explained the pros and cons of each offer on the table, kept me updated through out, re-negotiated rates through motivation, etc, etc.<br />I mean, it is not the kind of "average" service one gets everywhere else.<br />Ooba you are doing a terrific job. Filling a true need in the market for quality customer service.<br />Honestly I got so used to fighting with service providers, that ended up forgetting what good customer service is.<br />Keep up the good work!</p>
