Elmien truly went above and beyond for me—she negotiated tirelessly with the banks on my behalf. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine a bank like Investec would consider working with me, but Elmien made the impossible happen. Thank you for your constant reassurance during times of doubt, and for keeping me informed every step of the way. Your professionalism is unmatched and deeply appreciated.
