OOBA not on the level

I have just purchased a property and was advised by Pam Golding to use OOBA as they would go to the big 4 banks on my behalf. After alot of back and forth I was told that all banks had rejected me except ABSA who offered me an exceptionally high interest rate. On further investigation I found out that OOBA had not even approached Nedbank and FNB. After confronting OOBA I was told all kinds of stories. To anyone reading this please make sure if you work with these people you do not trust what they tell you and rather make sure they show you the answers in writing from the different banks. I have had a bad experience and strongly advise anyone looking for bond approval to rather approach SA Homeloans directly.
