Ooba misconduct in approvals

I am a Principal of a Real Estate company in Ladysmith KZN, we have been doing business with Ooba for many years, namely a Lady called Estelle Vorster, last week she failed to get a deal approved, we then gave it to her competitor ... Multinet, and they managed to secure an approval with Standard Bank, when Estelle found out she called her head office, they intervened and had my deal declined, I find this very *********, there have been times in the past when Multinet could not get an approval but Estelle did, the Multinet agent did not act out of spite and cause the deal to be declined, I find this very bad service from Ooba and Standard Bank, not only do we as the agents suffer, but the seller is also stranded as she is an 80 year old lady who was moving to her children, she now has to cancel all her arrangements due to the spite of one person, many peoples lives have been impacted negatively, I am very disgusted with her behavior
