Ooba is a waste of time!

We heard about Ooba's services and decided to apply through them for our first bond. <br> And so began a very frustrating process! firstly i asked them to not apply for a bond at my bank (FNB) as i was already busy with the application. they ignored this and app**** anyway.<br> i was asked to forward all required documents and with each application to different banks i was asked again to forward all documents every single time too ooba. i wasted hours doing this and would have been better off doing the applications myself. <br> once the offers started to come back they were not even read just forwarded and i was told to see attached. the agent knew the rate we were trying to get but kept on trying to convince me that i will never get it. We tried to cancel all applications through ooba so that i can apply myself but this took forever. so we tried adjusting our application to get a better rate and fnb came back with a worse rate than before and the ooba agent claimed that the prime rate went up to 10.75%. i asked for proof and nothing could be produced. SARB confirmed the rate at 10.5%.
