Throughout the process, Jo Anne and Usha consistently provided excellent service and went above and beyond by offering valuable insight and advice whenever we needed it. Once our signed offer to purchase was submitted, we received feedback within 24 hours, including an approval from our own bank. We were advised to wait for additional offers, as the team would also try to secure a better interest rate for us. True to their word, within a week of submitting our application on 18 March, we received a full update on 23 March with an improved rate, which we gladly accepted.
