Initially I app**** with Better Bond, a lady named, Mokgabo Sebotha, came back to me via email about 2 days later. Clearly she didn't read the email I wrote with my online application. Better Bond sent further documents – these documents were completed immediately. Mokgabo Sebotha for some reason took a week to reply on the paper work. Better Bond really left me with a bitter taste in the mouth, and in all honesty I'm very disappointed with the way they work. I will never work with Better Bond again.

However while I was waiting for Better Bond, someone gave me the name of Manda Swiegelaar, whom is working for Ooba Homeloans. Manda immediately scheduled a video call with me. Even though she was in lock down, as most people are. Manda was not just efficient, she was highly professional, made me feel very important and that my business was very important (and she treated me as such). She immediately sent a request for documents required. And again these documents were sent to Manda ASAP.
