I had the most amazing experience with Bianca Dancer and her assistant Courtney from Ooba Homeloans. There kept me updated through every step. Sent me documentation to be filled timeously and even called me to explain all the documentation. When I received feedback from the bank I was even called to go through the wording to see if there was anything I didn't understand. Overall a great experience.
