As first time buyers, our experience was shocking. We had no idea what needed to be done, what we had to do next, and really just ended up googling what we needed to do. We felt like they were always in a rush and just seemed to be too busy to help us. We would’ve loved to have received more guidance and assistance throughout the whole process. Will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.
