My wife and I started applying for a home loan the same week we were told that we would have to go into a country wide lockdown for corona . I was sceptical that we would get good service during this time. We used Ooba and dealt with Arthur Nicholson. What an amazing guy. He was incredibly friendly, nothing was too much to ask. He was always on call and definitely went above and beyond. I really felt like we dealt with someone that guided and protected us through this process. I would highly recommend dealing with him.
