Ooba Homeloan: Great Service

I just wanted to express my thanks and gratitude towards the exceptional work Roxanne Appleton did for me on my home loan. Must be honest, to my embarrassment, and disgust this was far more of a task than I would have expected. Given the fact that this was during lockdown, and the tough situation we face at the moment, this made it very difficult to finalise. The fact that I changed my mind at the last moment, requiring her to resubmit all did not help the matter either. Nevertheless, she stuck to it diligently, and giving me full transparent updates throughout the way, always being a mere email or whatsapp message away. We finally got the deal we wanted this morning, and I am over the moon. Just wanted to commend her for a fantastic job, and an immense effort with this regard. This sort of professionalism, and customer orientated help is almost unheard of nowadays.
