Ooba - great attitude, efficient service

As a first time home buyer, it was recommended by my estate agent to go via OOBA for my bond. Being a bit sceptical as i thought i would not be in control of my application, i decided to put my paranoia behind me and left it all in the hands of Ooba. I have absolutely no regrets. Ooba was more than efficient, took alot of stress of my husband and i and went out of their way to secure us a bond at the best possible interest rate.<br> To get a rate below prime is rare and and Ooba did this for us. All of this while we sat back and literally did nothing. The first approval came through a day after Ooba put in our application at various banks.<br> A week later .. negotiations were wrapped up and the loan agreement was signed. Hats off to Marlyn Pillay and Beryl Ganesan ... these ladies deserve the highest accolades. Thank you so much
