Ooba Bonds PRE QUALIFICATIONS failure
I had to wait for a long time,for a representative to get all my paperwork submitted for home loan to get a PRE- QUALIFICATION.Every time there was something else short/not right with my personal application,this however made it very long to get the process rolling.The representative told me that she is in the business for 7 years and she knows what the bank needs before she can sumbit all my paperwork to any bank! Due to circumstance OOBA Bonds failed to issue a certificate to me One day later after not getting the certificate from OOBA Bonds, I contacted BETTER BONDS and they approved & send me a PRE QUALIFICATION,with the same paperwork that was send to OOBA Bonds. I would not recommend OOBA Bonds to anyone
