Ooba ALWAYS OUT OF THE OFFICE When Required

I have now chatted to 2 different Call Center/ Consults, the first on the 19th of Feb, i filled in the requested documents and waited 6 days before making a follow-up, only to be told I needed to fill in other fields. REALLY 6 days later I get told I filled in the application incorrectly because the original consult I dealt with was OUT OF THE OFFICE, This annoyed me to no ends, so I chatted to another lady, filled in my documents and waited for feedback, got tired of waiting after 4 days and sent an E-mail and guess what, OUT OF THE OFFICE! AND THIS IS JUST FOR PRE-APPROVAL imagine if this was an application for an actual HOME LOAN. Waste of time. Will take my business else where.
