No is not an option

I received a preapproval from my own bank, and I signed an OTP on a house. My own bank then backtracked on this and the finance became a problem. Both ooba and I believed I should have qualified easily, but some of the banks did not agree with us. I almost gave up hope with getting home finance and then ooba contacted me to inform me that my finance has been approved by one of the other big banks. They kept me updated with detailed feedback from the various banks and provided counter-arguments to the incorrect logic of some of the banks. They persisted until my loan was approved.
