No good if you’re not good

Their consultant Tamryn Paulsen was most unhelpful. Only when I app**** for the pre approval was she diligent about calling me and providing a service. Once she found issues on my report she was missing in action while I needed clarification on the report she had carelessly sent me with no personal clarification on what it meant. She never callled back to give the clarification even though she did call initially to request my information to put through the pre qualification. The email feedback to me with a standard pre writteen generic response was suddenly the only feedback I received. No more phone calls from her. So ie once she found out she wouldn’t benefit from me She never bothered to give me proper feedback.Will apply in 2022 for pre approval- but definitely not with ooba
