No customer service, no feedback!

I am really disappointed and applaud at the lack of customer service this company has. To not even mention that your company deals with the livelihood and big decision making of your clients, however they are taken for granted.

I don't understand why one has to constantly send emails to your employees seeking for feedback and yet get no response on the emails.

How do we then get houses when the only thing standing inbetween is ooba and it's *********** people? Why do we go through the stresses and filling in documents and sending through supporting documents to only being ignored.

I wish we had the option to go directly to the bank but how unfortunate that the developer chose you as the middle man.

Really really disappointed and frustrated!
