No communication Whatsover

I app**** for a home loan a week ago and I was allocated to Ragiema Khan. Ragiema has not even once tried to contact me to inform me about the process and my OTP is about to expire. I tried calling her cellphone and landline, sent e-mails but still no response. I am at a point where I will be forced to use another company because I do not want to lose the house :(
