No assistance with FLISP
I managed to secure a homeloan with them but after that they were supposed to assist with my flisp application, guess what they left me high and dry as the last communication I got was that I was approved after that I couldn't get hold of anyone from their side don't know if they even sent the documents I sent to them.im highly disappointed. They just don't care.

14 Feb 2023, 19:04Happiness Mohlakoana which is the lady whom I was dealing with previously did contact me,apparently the documents I sent last were in complete. She then said she was going to send an email with regards to this,so I'm still waiting but I am going to call to remind her tomorrow.
Thing is I took my home through you guys because of all the good reviews I had Google and I must say the first stage of actually getting the place was no hassle and a great experience. It's only this Flisp that I'm experiencing hiccups, what annoying is ,it was you guys who first congratulated me on the approval before I even saw the approval letter, but now it's like I'm getting the run around on the last stage that I'm so eager to finish with.
I have even recommended you guys to others because you made it so easy,as a result my younger sister was signing today she also used ooba homes as I highly recommended you guys .Her name is Vuyo Tengwane. So please don't disappoint me.
