My money wasted on OOBA

I am writing this complaint to record the utterly poor product that is the OOBA BUIDING PROTECTOR POLICY the only thing this product is protecting is Ooba's interest(s). After 3 full years of faithfully paying premiums, I am encountered with stories when I claim for an event caused by a third party to my BUILDING. I thought I was covered but NO. This useless product is administered by Hollard who will never get back to you on the status of your claim and keep making promises. As a consumer, I have a choice and have made one today and it is not your company. And I hope (against hope) that you do ACKNOWLEDGE receipt of my cancellation of your useless policy as I have a replacement.<br> <br> ....
