On Thursday I called Ooba homeloans to find out how much do I qualify for. The gentleman I spoke to was supposed to email me some information. 2 hrs down the line the email didn't come through. I decided to call again. I spoke to Chelsey Smith. She advised me that if I don't get the information after 12h00 I must call her and she will take it from there. At 12h00 the email came. Documents were submitted on Thursday evening. Friday morning she responded acknowledging my email. Today at idday I received my pre qualification certificate. Wow I was not expecting it today. But I'm happy I got it because today I had the appointment with the agent.
