I'm not sure what is happening, but I can't see how anyone can rate you guys 4 stars and above. Its a complaint nightmare trying to deal with you.

Tomorrow will be the end of two business weeks and we are still struggling to get feedback from bank approvals. My wife(or I) have have to email or follow-up with the consultant all the time. Then he is on leave then he just don't bother to respond. We cannot get hold of him by phone.

When I call head office they tell me I cannot speak to any management because they are all away this week for a conference in JHB, I will have to wait for next week
