More than 2 months to repair damages from a pipe

In December a pipe burst, I am grateful it wasn't a geyser considering the minor damage that was done and how long it's been and the matter has still not been resolved. I reported the matter in December when the pipe burst, since then it's been 2 months and a few weeks of constant begging to get my home repaired. Stay away from OOBA, the price is great but who wants to pay for nothing. Rather pay the extra for a company that has a track record and can provide a decent service.
