I want to say that Marita Roos in East London is a miracle worker. She arranged my bond efficiently. I lost the property to another buyer. When I found another property about two days before the bond offer expired she still succeeded in pulling out all the stops and secured the bond offer the second time. I should add that my circumstances were not straight forward with various sources of income including from overseas. Five stars for sure.
