Leakage because of rain

After a continuous rainstorm, the roof of the bathroom in my house, which I'm renting out started leaking.It kept on raining for days so my ceiling got wet as well as the wires of the light.<br> The light is not working at this stage so my tenant has to bath in the dark. I've made numerous phone calls to the assessors and to Ooba. I reported this on 10 March policy no: MEV44887 claim no:924471. This is a disgrace. I pay for a service which I don't get. They are willing to take my money each month but now when I need them they do nothing. Why should I stay with this company? Can you please help me
