Lack of communication!

I am applaud at the level of service we are receiving from Amanda Markram | Property Finance Specialist.

My wife and I have a bond application that is due by this Friday and she has not provided progress reports.

From the beginning of this application we have constantly tried to communicate with her with no response.

She promises to call and never does. Today promises were made to call three times, at 11:00 am, 15:00 pm and 18:00 pm and no calls received.

It is clear there is lack of communication.
