Karen from Ooba to the rescue

Karen Martin from Ooba in East London deserves yet additional accolades! After a deal I had done was completed and we were waiting longer than normal for it to lodge, the seller phoned me and said that his conveyancer had told him that the hold-up was with the bond attorneys. I phoned the bond attorneys who said they were ready to go and that the delay was with the bank who was financing the deal. I asked Karen if she could give me contact details for the person she dealt with at the bank so that we could try and get this matter resolved. To make a long story short, the end result was that the bank was waiting for an affidavit which was sitting in the bond attorney's files. If Karen had not pursued this relentlessly we would probably still be waiting for the property to lodge. If it had not been for her unfailing willingness to go above and beyond the duty for her clients, I would still be waiting for the property to lodge, my seller would still be waiting for his money and the buyer would probably be having 2nd thoughts!
