Joanne Williams is AMAZING!!!

I am writting this review with bucket loads of gratitude for Joanne Williams. I am really sorry for only giving feedback at this point in time i.e. almost 2 months after moving into our new home - we were really busy trying to get all things sorted and to settle into our new place. With this in mind, I would like to say thank you to Joanne for really taking time out (during and outside of office hours) and for always being available to us - we really received personalised service from her. Joanne selflessly gave her time to make the process effortless and seemless for us (1st time home buyers). Even during her annual leave period she was available to assist with any questions or queries - we had many of these. Joanne made us feel valued as clients, something that is very rare at this day and age. Joanne was consistently professional and knowledgable throughout the process. At the end of it all she did not only assist with home finance, she also educated us throughout the process. Thank you Joanne for all the time, effort, willingness and knowledge sharing.
