I signed a OTP and my real estate agent advised me that he wil be sending my details to ooba to help as i was sending into my personal bank on my own. when i sent in my paper work the lady responsible notified me that she is working from her house and although i am in a rush to get my dream home she will only send it in the next day. I am a driving instructor and lot of my income comes in cash but i have a good paper trail for every penny. I explained her my situation and she was suppose to send it like this to the banks. I then got a email stating that i am not approved because my income did not make sense. Not only did she send in the paperwork wrong she wrongly appointed a expenditure as my primary income and thus making me look foolish at the banks. She also annoucend that FNB had declined my loan although i told her i will swnd in to them. When confronted she denied that she ever said fnb and said std. She then stopped to reply where i sent a email asking for a manager to contact me. She has just decided to neglect and ignore my claim.
