I submitted an online pre-approval and received an outcome very quickly. The system asked if I would like someone to contact me, and I selected yes. Within 20 minutes, I received a call, and the consultant (Sabeeha Karriem) was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. She understood and could answer all my questions I had. She then sent me an email explaining the next steps and documents they needed from me. I completed the form and sent it through with the documents. 2 days later, she sent me an email outlining the outcome of the approval request, and within 10 seconds of the email arriving in my inbox, she called and explained what is in the email. It been December, Sabeeha Karriem, said i am more than welcome to send her whatsapps with any other questions i might have despite the fact that she will be on leave. I would highly recommend them.
