Hound me everyday for documents and once they submitted no feedback!

Agent Anda Gwegwe used to email be every day asking for documents the moment I had filled in the contact me form online, he even called me on my cell. Application with supporting documents sent was sent 27 September for pre-qualification application, no word from him ever since. Follow up email sent 18 Oct and he promised me feedback as soon as possible. 9 November still waiting for said feedback on whether I qualify for a home load or not.
