As a first time bond applicant, it comes with lots of anxiety, uncer*****y, and lots of questions. The amount of patience this woman has is off the charts, she treats you the way you wish you could be treated every time you walked into a bank or a store, or any such place. She speaks to you as if you were family, a cousin, a brother, a nephew - you feel valued valued as a client, and in the end you'll end up knowing that this woman made an effort for you, irrespective of outcome.

I've initially received three offers on my application, the worst being with my own bank. Being a first time bond applicant, you're so worried that you won't be offered a loan, and when you are, you're ready to take the first "good" deal that comes along, out of fear that you might lose that offer, or any offer for that matter.

I was ready to take the best deal on the table at the time, and she had indicated to me to give her a day to have another go at my primary bank, and although hesitant, I agreed. Less than a day later my primary bank coughs up the best deal on the table through this woman's doings.
