When it came to light that I already had registered the amount I needed previously and didn’t need an originator to assist me, Kevin still very kindly offered to assist me with the application from beginning to end even though there would be no commission in this transaction for him! I was blown away by this kind gesture. He kept me informed throughout the process and kept the pressure on the bank to complete the application timeously.

Then to top it off, he renegotiated the interest rate of my entire mortgage based on my history with the bank and also adjusted the term before setting up the document signing appointment for me at my local bank!
