Hero of the week
Melissa Tromp turned a disappointing performance by ooba into a hero moment. After a delayed application of my homeloan, one escalation later gave the manager of the department an opportunity to sort out my application delay in just a couple of hours.
I have successfully received 3 offers at wonderful rates, I take my hat off for Melissa Tromp for prioritising and owning up to ooba’s mistakes and correcting them promptly
