Great service recieved by Ragiema Khan, property finance consultant at ooba

I received the best service from Ragiema Khan when applying for a bond with ooba.

When I signed my offer to purchase the realtor mentioned that seller accepted two offers and that whoever got final approval from the bank would receive the house. We were literally up against the clock!

It was not an easy ride, but Ragiema managed to get me final bank approval in less than three days, this included processing my forms, then sending it off to the banks, getting an approval (subject to evaluation), getting the evaluator to view the property (which was not easy as she was fully booked) and then getting the final grant signed off all in one day!

Ragiema even got us a discount with the bond attorney as we were first-time buyers. She provided advice where needed.

I recommend ooba to anyone looking to buy a home. The consultants are absolutely amazing!!!
