Your employees, Manda Zwiegelaar and Beryl Yewsiong, have provided me with over and above excellent outstanding service during my bond application. Manda Zwiegelaar is an absolute expert in her field and can provide information about anything in her field. I was blessed to work with these two employees of Ooba. Their outstanding service goes beyond the average “just good” service. They have shown passion in their work, and even on Sundays these two reliable employees of Ooba worked from dusk till dawn (I know because I could see from their emails sent to me).

All required information was explained to me in clear terms, and nothing I required was ever left out. I mean even on Whatsapp if something was unclear to me, Manda would take the time to explain it to me (never did I hear Ill do it later, she was fast and friendly, and always willing to help). Manda and Beryl’s attention to detail and great communication skills were indeed meeting the TCF procedures. Meeting people in the financial services who really meet the required TCF procedures is a rare find and for this, you should be proud, Ooba.
