Great service from Ooba

I recently interacted with Chelsey Smith who is a Contact Centre Consultant at Ooba. This lady is the friendliest person ever. She has made my experience with Ooba such a pleasure. I have also dealt with her previously and she is always the same. She never let me feel like anything was too much or an effort. She is extremely helpful and efficient and definitely has a gift for working with people.
