Great service, fast communication and amazing interest rate obtained on home loan

This is the second time I used Ooba's services to help secure a home loan, and Sue Wilson and Tracy Matthysen have been very helpful and on top of things in both occasions.

During our first purchase we struggled to get any bank to approve a bond (we're foreigners and were perceived to have a high risk-rating), and after much back and forth communication to the banks Sue was able to secure a bond with Standard Bank for us so we could purchase our first home.

Our second purchase seemed to go a lot smoother with multiple banks approving our bond application, but Tracy and Sue were able to obtain an amazing 8.43% interest rate from Standard Bank, which is almost unheard of in this day and age. This means that our monthly payments will be significantly less than we budgeted for.
