Great service and advise from Roxanne Falcke-Appleton
I am new in the house hunting market and one of the agents put me in touch with Ooba Homeloans for Pre-approval. That's when I met Roxanne Falcke-Appleton, what a breathe of fresh air in customer service. She held my hand through every step and worked diligently to ensure that I meet all the pre-approval requirements. Furthermore, she went on to negotiate the best interest rate for me with my bank with a 100% bank approval. My family and I are elated and cannot wait to move into our new home. I am grateful to Roxanne and she is definitely getting a recommendation from me to circle.
